Wanyan Honglie, sixth prince of the Jin Empire
Wanyan Honglie (traditional Chinese: 完顏洪烈; simplified Chinese: 完颜洪烈; Mandarin Pinyin: Wányán Hóngliè) was the sixth prince of the Jin Empire. He bribed Duan Tiande to lead soldiers to kill Guo Xiaotian and Yang Tiexin so that he could seize Yang's wife, Bao Xiruo, for himself. He married her and raised Yang Kang as his own son.
He was obsessed with finding the Book of Wumu as he intended to use the knowledge acquired from the book to eliminate the Jin Empire's enemies and become a hero of his people. His plans were foiled by Guo Jing and Huang Rong, who obtained the book instead. He later travelled to Samarkand to form an alliance between the Jin Empire and Khwarezm Empire as part of a last-ditch effort to counter the Mongols. He was eventually captured by Mongol forces and met his end.
